Before you create a 64bit application for SBO this is what you need
1. 64bit version of SAPbobsCOM.
Install a 64bit DI API on a 64bit OS.
You can find this dll in Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\DI API 90 folder.
Note that this is in Program Files folder. Not Program Files(x86)
2. If you are using B1DE, you will need a B1WizardBase compiled in 64 bit.
Visual Studio will complain of type mismatch between your SAPbobsCOM and the B1Wizardbase if you dont. You can continue, but I am really not sure what will be the impact.
For me, I compiled it in 64 bit.
3. While creating ARD follow this steps :
- Create the installer
- change the x86 to x64 and rebuild
- Windows Explorer, go into AddOnRegDataGenFile folder and run the AddOnRegDataGen.Bat file
- Windows Explorer, go into the bin folder and update the ard files (Platform ='N' -> 'X')
- Use this ard and the exe for your installer.
