Hi Rahul,
Suggest you do the changes manually , as you will run in to issues where your years in past and years in Future is out of the horizon in scal. Also if you are using GATP the dates should be in sync with the planning calendar as well.
Since the calendar changes are not so huge, this can be very well maintained manually.
