Hi
I think you have to follow steps
1. Install the MS Sql 2008 with ERP 6.0 EHP4 SPS 2
2. Do the upgrade from SPS 2 to minimum SPS 11
3. Upgrade the database to MS SQL 2012
at this stage you may not have upgrade SPS
