SAP Time Field showing possible value 24:00:00 and 00:00:00

Hello Experts,

I have came across a scenario where Time stamp field showing table entries of 24:00:00 and 00:00:00 time. Can anyone please help me, if it is the case then which day should we consider?

So if we receive 240000 alongside a date, say 05-Nov-2014 – Does this mean it’s the start of 05-Nov-2014 or the end of 05-Nov-2014?
