Hi Vikram,


The verification email from Google follows the same path of any other email sent to the technical address.  In this case it probably landed among Unassociated Emails, unless you configured the channel to generate tickets on some default account.

 

Try sending a test email directly to cod.b2b.servicerequest@myxxx.mail.vlab.sapbydesign.com, to confirm that the scoping questions are set up correctly and to verify the default behavior.

 

Unfortunately, the email from Google may also have been caught by the spam filter at the system level.  In that case there's nothing you can do to retrieve it.

 

My recommendation is to set your demo address on outlook.com, where you will be able to configure email forwarding without the need of a confirmation code.
